Refund Policy

 

Hey there! We know you’ll love your purchase but if you ordered the wrong size, or just want the reassurance that you can exchange & return an item- we have you covered!

 

Returns/Exchanges for In Store Purchases:

 

Full refund to your original payment method within 10 days of the date on the receipt. Store credit will be issued for returns dated 11-20 days after purchase. Garment must be attached with original tags, un worn, unwashed, and stain/odor free. All sales are final on discounted items, sale items, cosmetics, undergarments, and jewelry (unless there is a manufacturer defect).

 

Returns/Exchanges for In Store Pick Up Orders/Pick Up Box:

Full refund to your original payment method within 10 days of the fulfillment email letting you know your order is ready for pick up. Store credit will be issued for returns dated 11-20 days after purchase. Your items are subject to charitable donation if your order is not picked up within 6 months from the date the order was placed. Special circumstances will void this policy, just be in contact with us. Garment must be attached with original tags, un worn, unwashed, and stain/odor free. All sales are final on discounted items, sale items, cosmetics, undergarments, and jewelry (unless there is a manufacturer defect).

 

Shipped Orders:

Full refund to your original payment method valid within 10 days of the USPS “delivered” date. Store credit will be issued for returns dated 11-20 days after delivery date. We must receive your items before the refund will be issued. To initiate a refund/exchange please email shop@fayebaby.com with the details, and pictures if applicable. You will be sent a shipping label to attach to your shipment box/bag. Garment must be attached with original tags, un worn, unwashed, and stain/odor free. All sales are final on discounted items, sale items, cosmetics, undergarments, and jewelry (unless there is a manufacturer defect).

*ALL orders shipped qualify for shipping insurance you can purchase for around $1. The insurance provider “Route” gives protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen. Add Route to your cart at checkout to enable protection, and a peace of mind. This is much easier on both parties than going through USPS in the event of a lost or stolen package. ALWAYS protect your orders!

 

 

Order Fulfillment and Shipping Policy:

All online orders are processed, fulfilled, and shipped  Thursday-Saturday, flat shipping rate of $6 on all orders under $75.00. Orders over $75.00 ship for free.  If your order is delayed for reasons beyond and within our control, you will be refunded on shipping.
